About Our Airport
Park Township Airport was one of the first landing fields in the state of Michigan. Several of the buildings at the airport were built in the 30's during reconstruction. Pilot training was done here in the 40's by the Army Air Corps.
In November of 1991 the citizens of Park Township voted to give Ottawa Aviation a 20-year lease to operate the airport.
The airport is operated without cost to the citizens of Park Township, and all revenues are put back into improvements at the airport.

Park Township Airport hosted the 37th Annual Michigan Small Race in 1994 and was part of the Michigan Air Tour in 1995.

Park Township Airport is Handicap accessible. A pop machine is located outside. The office and restrooms are accessible 24 hours a day to pilots; V, III & II, I
A Courtesy car is available, but please call ahead if it is needed
Board of Directors Meetings
Park Township Airport's Board of Directors meets on the third Thursday of each month at the airport office. Meetings begin at 6:00 p.m. and usually last about an hour and a half. To be put on the agenda call the airport office and leave a message. Public comment time is first on the agenda
