Park Township Airport (HLM) is located 4 miles northwest of beautiful Holland, Michigan. You will find it just a mile or so east of Lake Michigan, on the north side of Lake Macatawa placed between Big Bay and Pine Creek Bay. A well maintained lighted paved strip welcomes you on final, but watch the trees! We are working hard to get the approaches cleared for you! Our simple service building has 24 hour access. A phone & weather and rest rooms make it a good place to gather yourself for the day’s activity or flight planning.
The city of Holland features a nationally known Tulip Time each year with fireworks, parades, and tulips galore. This has been voted the best small town festival in the US. This year is the 75th year for Tulip Time. The area also offers beaches, boating and other water-related activities like para-sailing and fishing. Additionally, Park Township offers miles of well-maintained bike paths, cross-country skiing trails, and numerous parks. The Ottawa County Fairgrounds are located across the street from the airport.
There are several quaint restaurants within walking distance of the airport, and others will provide shuttle service.
